Terms of Service.

By using our website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

• Utopia Tech provides IT consulting, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP implementation, business intelligence, mobile development, managed IT, and vCIO services as described in scoped engagement agreements.
• Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are governed by separate Statement of Work documents.

• You agree not to: misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, transmit malicious code, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

All site content, branding, and code are owned by Utopia Tech or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws. You receive no license to our intellectual property except as necessary to use the public site as intended.

If you create an account on our client portal, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Service fees are detailed in your engagement agreement. Online payments (when offered) are processed by Stripe; you authorize Utopia Tech to charge the payment method you provide for the agreed amount.

The website is provided"as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Engagement-specific deliverables carry the warranties stated in your Statement of Work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utopia Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify Utopia Tech against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Orange County, California.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
