Permitted Use

You may use our public marketing pages, blog, and shop to learn about our services and place orders.
If you have an authenticated account, you may use the customer portal to manage your engagements, download invoices and receipts, and contact your engineering pod.
Reasonable, good-faith automated access (RSS readers, search-engine crawlers respecting robots.txt) is permitted.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data not belonging to you.
Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without our prior written consent (responsible-disclosure reports are welcome — see the Security policy).
Do not attempt to disrupt service availability (DoS / DDoS, malware, automated abuse).
Do not impersonate another person, organization, or our staff.
Do not use our services to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications.
Do not transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
Do not scrape content at high volume, replicate substantial portions of our site, or train commercial models on our content without written permission.
Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our compiled assets.

Authenticated APIs (where exposed) are rate-limited. Honor the published rate limits and the 429 responses you receive.
Each API key or session is for a single tenant. Sharing credentials with third parties is prohibited.
Webhooks delivered to URLs you provide must be acknowledged within reasonable timeouts; misuse for traffic amplification is forbidden.

By submitting content (contact-form messages, blog comments, support tickets, chat messages) you grant Utopia Tech a non-exclusive license to store and process that content for the purpose of operating the service.
You retain ownership of your content. We will not sell or transfer it to unaffiliated third parties for marketing.
Content that violates this AUP may be removed without notice.

If you believe a user is violating this AUP, email abuse@utopiats.com with details. Include the URL, timestamps, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, headers, logs).
We investigate every report and respond within 5 business days.

Violations may result in temporary throttling, account suspension, permanent termination, and (where unlawful) referral to law-enforcement.
We may modify this AUP from time to time. Material changes are communicated via the customer portal or by email to account holders.
